Condens is a web-based software tool developed by Condens Insights GmbH. Its purpose is to store, analyze and share user research data.

TLDR:

  • You have full control over your data. We don’t own it and will never sell it to others.
  • Condens is fully GDPR compliant. All data you enter or upload into Condens is stored and processed in data centers in the EU by trusted and certified infrastructure subprocessors .
  • Condens doesn’t need any personal data to function (except for your billing and signup information). You are free to use your participants’ real data or anonymize it in any way you want.
  • We improve the Condens webapp based on your feedback and usage. Therefore we monitor how you interact with it.
  • On our website, we use cookies to better understand how we can improve our offering and marketing efforts.

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs and describes how Condens Insights GmbH and its subsidiaries (“Condens”, “we,” “us” or “our”) may collect, use, and disclose personal information when you use our products or services, or otherwise interact with Condens (for example, attending Condens events), unless a different privacy policy is displayed. Your choices include how you can object to certain uses of information about you and how you can access and update certain information about you. Condens Webapp

On the website, we use cookies from Hubspot , Google Ads and LinkedIn Insight to better understand how we can improve our offering and marketing efforts. In the webapp, we only use cookies for user authentication.

Other users of our Services may provide information about you when they submit content through the Services. We also receive your email address from other Service users when they provide it in order to invite you to our Services.

How long we keep information

We retain your personal information while you have an account with Condens. If you choose to delete your account, the data is retained for another 30 days in the form of backups before it is irrevocably deleted.

We might transfer, process, and store your information outside of your country of residence, to where we, Condens or our third-party infrastructure subprocessors operate (all GDPR compliant). Whenever we transfer your information, we take steps to protect it and ensure to do so compliant with applicable data protection laws.
